BridgePro OS was built around how BridgePro actually works: engineering-led, plant-intensive, marine and bridge construction, rather than templates designed for volume homebuilding or road projects. Every site worker carries the app in the field, every START card is AI-reviewed before a supervisor endorses it, and safety, quality and financial indicators are reviewed live by the leadership team each week.
BridgePro OS won the 2026 Civil Contractors Federation Tasmania Digital Technology Award. It was developed in-house by Anthony van Eysden and Karl Rolfe.
Every AI output in the system is labelled by its basis (law or regulation, BridgePro minimum, contract-specific, guidance, or AI suggestion to verify), and a licensed engineer underwrites every delivery decision. The technology widens the net for catching problems; it never removes the accountable human.
What it does
- Field app at the point of work – one app for every safety-critical task. See Say Do lets any worker raise a hazard, observation or near miss in under 60 seconds, pre-start checks are machine-specific and site procedures are available offline
- AI-assisted START card review – OCR and AI read every card, score hazard identification quality and flag gaps back to site daily
- SWMS verification – every SWMS is checked against the approved methodology, plant, exclusion zones and lift sequence before mobilisation
- Subcontractor compliance – insurance and training tracked live, with a lapsing policy raising an alert before the subcontractor reaches site
- AI quantity takeoff – drawing-by-drawing and fully traceable, such as 797 piles across five pile marks on a recent data centre package
- Specification review – a 400-page specification becomes a prioritised obligations list in hours, carried from tender through to delivery
- Live dashboards – lead and lag safety indicators, training records, quality and financial KPIs reported in real time from live site data
