Foundation Construction

As every builder knows, the success of a project begins with the foundations.

This is true for bridge construction too, but also equally true for a range of other projects. Foundation construction is another core area for BridgePro Engineering.

Rock solid foundations

When it comes to constructing a bridge that stands the test of time, the foundations must be rock solid.

Our experience in bridge and marine design and construction has enabled us to develop a specialist skill set, which means our foundation piling is second to none.

We are able to provide:
  • Bored piles up to 1800 dia using our Soilmex SR-75 (70t) ir Entco (40t) rotary drilling rigs
  • Bored piles in hard rock using DTH to 1500 dia
  • Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) piles in 450 and 600 dia
  • Driven steel, concrete, or timber piles using our range of piling hammers from 15kJ through to our Junttan HHx210 with 210kJ
  • Steel screw piles up to 900kN
  • Sheet piles installed through vibration by excavator or crane suspended hammer
  • Ground anchors drilled using an excavator mounted drifter (50 to 127 dia) and DTH (150 to 305 dia)

Along with our specialist piling equipment, we have a range of excavators (8t to 45t) and crawler cranes (50t to 275t) ready for your next project!
